Quick Tip:  Don’t happen to have any marsala wine handy? That’s okay, you can easily create a substitute by mixing ¼ cup of any dry white wine with one teaspoon of brandy. Or you can mix 1/8 cup sweet vermouth with 1/8 cup sherry. You could also use either Port or Madeira wines. The goal is to have a dry, but slightly sweet taste – so be creative!
