Combine Two Delicious Meals Into One Jaw Dropping Dish
Just over a year ago as I was walking the short distance from the parking lot to my local grocery store I slipped on a patch of ice and feel hard on my right side. One call to my sister and trip to the ER later confirmed what I had already knew—it was broken in two places. I went home with a cast and without the groceries I so badly needed.
Being right handed this meant that I was definitely a little less self-sufficient than I usually am. I found myself turning to easy meals that didn’t require complicated steps or carrying anything that needed a two handed grip. (I ate a lot of cereal is what I’m saying.)
Fortunately, between a few of my close friends and my sister I wasn’t at a total loss for good food during the six weeks it took for my arm to heal. They traded off bringing me meals and helping me with whatever I needed help with around the house—they were life savers!
And on one particular night my friend Emily came for a visit, with what has now become one of the best dinners I have ever eaten in tow.

Quick tip: If you don’t feel like making your own pizza crust most store bough refrigerated crusts will work equally as well.
