This Recipe Is All About The Creamy, Cheesy Filling
When I first started dating my husband I was introduced to his family’s tradition of having Sunday suppers together. This was a little odd to me—my family got together fairly frequently but certainly not every week and not with so many extended family members. But a few months into our relationship I was hooked on this idea of a weekly family dinner and soon looked forward to them as much as he did.
His parents were both great cooks and would spend every Sunday together preparing food for supper. Often they went all out and made an elaborate spread that would leave us almost to stuffed to move after we were finished. But every now and then a busy weekend would mean they’d need something a little simpler.
And that’s when i was introduced to this fantastic recipe. It’s deceptively easy for how delicious it is and can easily be scaled up or down to feed any size crowd. The first time I tried it I fell in love and immediately asked for the recipe so I could make it at home.
It was too tasty to wait around for someone else to make!
