Beer + Sausage + Cheese And Chips, It Doesn’t Get Better Than That
Perfect for potlucks, movie nights, football season, oktoberfest or an appetizer to take to a friend’s house. This hot hearty cheese dip is packed full with everything there is to love about cheese dips. It’s fall in your mouth! The beer adds body while the sausage kicks it up a notch. And the best part is that it is suprisingly easy to make. This dip is extremelly addictive. Be sure to make a big batch.
Serve with tortilla chips, bite size bread, pretzels, or just pass out spoons. This dish is a crowd pleaser.
I love making this dish for lunch. I have two friends that we enjoy getting together every week. Most of the time we go out but on rare occasions we opt for a day in and sit around the quietness of one of our tables, kids out husbands at work, and talk over beers. One those days this dip with a plate of raw vegetables and a bowl of tortilla chips is the perfect meal for the three of us.
We are all big fans of local breweries and love trying out the different flavors each brings to this dish.
