These Are As Delicious As They Are Easy—You’ll Love Them
When my husband and I first started dating I remember being so nervous to meet this family. We waited until we were together about six months before deciding to introduce each other to our families and planned on a Sunday night dinner with his parents and two younger sisters. To say I was nervous as this dinner approached would have been a major understatement!
Trying to be respectful I had my now husband ask his mom what I could bring to share. Her response? Dinner rolls. Let’s just say I had a moment of panic, and my husband thought I was crazy. He thought dinner rolls would be an easy thing to bring—we’d just stop at the store on the way there!
However, being the chronic overachiever that I am, there was no way I was bringing store bought rolls to the dinner. The only problem was that we were going to be out of town with friends that same weekend until Sunday afternoon so time for baking would be extremely limited.
But at this point I was determined to make homemade rolls to bring. And let’s just say this recipe delivered.
