Jump For Joy! It Can Be Pizza Night Every Night With This Recipe

If your family is anything like mine then you probably find yourself serving pizza for more than the occasional Friday night treat. My kids absolutely love anything and everything to do with the flavors of pizza, so we have a meal based around those flavors at least once a week (or more if I’m being honest).

And my husband and I are equally big fans so we definitely don’t complain. However, it can get quite expensive to order delivery more than once a month, and I’m rather picky about frozen pizzas so the ones I do buy tend to add up on our grocery bill. This leaves me with a tough choice to make—stick to our budget or keep feeding our pizza addiction?

What’s a girl to do??

Well, by now I’m sure you’ve probably guessed what I chose—continue with the pizza madness! Which meant finding a more cost effective way to eat it whenever we wanted. So I started my search for a pizza dough recipe that was fairly inexpensive, manageable for an amateur dough baker, and that actually tasted good.

It was a tall order, but I refused to give up. And then found this gem of a recipe.

Quick tip: If you don’t have a pizza stone you can use a metal pizza pan or baking sheet—just make sure to grease and flour before placing the dough. Just note the bottom of your crust may not be as crispy.
