This Is a Toss Together And Bake Recipe That’s Almost Too Easy To Believe

As much as I hate to admit it I have very limited patience—something I know my family gets tired of as I try to rush them from place to place or activity to activity. I got the lack of patience from my mom. She was the same way and growing up I was her mini me, acquiring both her best features and some that I probably could live without.

But there’s no place this lack of patience is more evident than in the kitchen. I truly love to cook but have never seen the point of slaving away for hours over a complicated recipe that—while tasty—isn’t that much more delicious than its quicker counterparts. And one of my least favorite things to do in the kitchen is waiting for water to boil for pasta.

But as pasta is one of my families most requested meals I can’t exactly avoid it. However, if I can ever find recipes that skip the step of boiling water and cook the pasta in one pan with the other ingredients I immediately file them away for future use.

This was one of those recipes—and boy is it delicious!

Quick tip: You can use any small pasta you like with this—mini shells make for a fun twist!
