You Can’t Beat This Classic Potluck Dish
Let’s talk about fluff for a minute. As a child it was a staple side dish at almost every birthday party, summer barbecue and holiday supper I attended. And if you were lucky there were two or three you could choose from to load up on your plate.
It’s literally a dessert that is acceptable to eat with your supper—and as a kid I couldn’t get enough. But, if I’m being honest, that hasn’t changed much even as I’ve definitely left childhood far behind. It just so happens now that I don’t need to wait to a special event to throw together a fluff. I can serve one at every meal I make if I want to or just sit down to a big bowl of it for supper all by itself (not that I’ve ever done that…).
I’ve tried dozens of different fluff recipes but always seem to come back to one of the original flavors that’s been around for decades. It instantly satisfies my fluff craving and transports me back to summers spent at the local swimming pool and nights spent chasing lightning bugs.
The perfect balance of sweetness and fruitiness, this recipe will be the star of any menu you serve it on.

Quick tip: You can use other pie fillings to easily switch up the flavor—strawberry is another favorite of mine!
