Make These Roll-Ups For The Perfect Snack Or Lunch
One of my daughter’s favorite after-school snacks is my Grilled Cheese Fingers. Or, as she likes to call them, Fancy Pants Grilled Cheese. Well, there isn’t anything at all fancy about them, but they are darn good! While they make a great snack, you can throw these into some school lunches too.
What makes them so tasty? I always pick out a really good cheese to roll into the bread! Our favorite in my house is slices of mild cheddar cheese from a brick. You can’t go skimpy on a grilled cheese. The cheese is the main ingredient, of course!
Obviously, you don’t have to spend a ton of money on cheese, but slicing from a brick makes these Grilled Cheese Fingers taste way more fresh. I tend to pass on the overly processed cheese singles that come individually packaged in plastic because it’s hardly real cheese. In fact, some popular brands actually aren’t real cheese at all! Did you know that?
Did you know that these Grilled Cheese Fingers can also make the perfect party appetizer? They look a little fancy, but they are just as easy as making regular grilled cheeses. You can serve them with some dipping sauce and they will be the hit of the whole crowd! Depending on what cheese you choose, a little marinara sauce would taste very good.

Quick Tip: Make this a bulkier meal by adding a slice of turkey or ham to each roll-up.
