You can’t go wrong when a recipe has ranch, beer and cheese. This dip is super easy to make – seriously, your dog could make it. Epending on where you are taking this or how many people you plan to have over, you may want to make a double batch because it is delicious. I served it with pretzles (I like the wheat twists) but it also goes well with pita chips. Enjoy this easy peasy recipe – everyone will want it after they try it!

 

Ingredients

• 2 packages of cream cheese, softened
• ⅓ cup beer
• 1 packet of ranch dip mix
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 tablespoon fresh chives (plus extra for garnish)

 

Instructions

1. Combine cream cheese, ranch mix, cheddar cheese, dry mustard, and chives.
2. Gradually stir in beer. Mix all together. Add in more beer if necessary.
3. Garnish with some fresh chives and serve with pretzels and pita chips.

Quick tip: You can use any beer, but I recommend a darker ale to really taste the beer flavors.
