Just 3 Easy Steps and You’re Done
My husband and I are Cowboys fans, but we live 3 hours from the stadium so it’s difficult to get away and actually attend the games. Instead, we get a group of friends together if they play on the weekends for watch parties and cheer on our favorite team from the comfort of our living room.
Last weekend, my husband invited one of the new guys at his work because he is also a Cowboys fan. His wife brought this delicious dip that left the bowl empty by halftime. She didn’t tell us what it was at first and had us guess the accompanying ingredient with the cheese. My husband finally hit the nail on the head with guessing Shiner beer!
Before she left, I begged for the recipe because it was a touchdown (much more than what the Cowboys scored hat day unfortunately). I’ve already made it once and it hasn’t even been a week since that watch party, so you know this recipe is a keeper! I didn;t have Shiner (we ran out during the game) so I used Guiness and it worked well too. This is my new favorite party dip!
