Convenience And Taste All Put Together In One Jar
Going to work every day is exhausting- that is true for everyone! If you work from an office, from home or are lucky enough to not work at all, everyone needs a break in the middle of a long day and that is why we all look forward to lunchtime. Especially when the weather gets cold, a warm, comforting lunch can really transform a bad day into a great one. This recipe for mason jar noodles will warm up your stomach and your soul and totally improve your day!
So how can you make such a magical lunch? So easy! All of the ingredients are loaded into a mason jar and then stored in the fridge until you are ready to eat. Hot water is added to the jar and a quick minute in the microwave and your soup is ready! This is like the gourmet, fancy version of a ramen noodle cup (and so so so much better for you!).
What is also great about these little, pre-made mason jars is that you can really use almost any vegetable you have laying around. Do you have some broccoli from last night’s dinner? Throw it in the jar! Spinach that you have been meaning to use? Jar it! Screw the lid on these mason jars and pack it away in your work bag. When lunch time comes around, you will have a quick, homemade, healthy soup waiting for you. Yum!
