You’ll Act Like a Ham When You Present This Easy, Tasty Breakfast Casserole
This is an easy and hearty breakfast casserole that will become a favorite of your family. It is almost like a quiche, but with a tasty twist. Have you ever made a quiche? Were you hesitant to try because it just sounded too hard?
This dish would be an excellent introduction to the how-to of making a quiche, because it is super easy. Quiches are NOT hard to make, they just look hard because the end result is impressive.
This casserole is great for brunch or a weekend breakfast. It really needs to be made the night before, as it needs to chill in your fridge for at least 8 hours.
The reason it takes so long is that it has no crust (remember, quiche is a pie). Instead it has croissants, torn into pieces. Flaky, buttery, scrumptious croissants. It will take a long time for the eggs and liquid to soak into those hundreds of layers!
That said, however, it is faster than you would believe to put together. Tearing up the croissants is really the hardest part. After you have done that step, it is just a matter of layering ingredients and pouring the egg mixture over the top.

Quick Tip: You can easily substitute full cream or whole milk for the half and half, if you don’t have any on hand. Use what you have, and it will still taste great.
