You Won’t Be Able to Stop Eating This Addictive Dip

We Recommend Chips For Serving This Dip Recipe But, You’ll Want To Eat This With A Spoon

Can we all just agree that chips and dip are basically their own food group? And the best good group at that? I think it’s safe to assume that most people—even if they usually have strong will power—go weak at the knees for a good dip recipe. I mean I can’t be the only one at that makes a meal out of chips and dips on a fairly regular basis (sorry, family).

My obsession with dip recipes wasn’t always this strong. No, there was a time when I lived life as an ordinary dip-liking individual. I’d have a few scoops at a party and be satisfied. And never really thought to just make them for myself at home. But that all changed after attending a football party hosted by one of my neighbors.

I distinctly remember hemming and hawing with my husband over whether or not we should go. Neither of us are huge football fans, but we also thought that it wouldn’t hurt us to be a little more outgoing and get to know our neighbors. So we brought our obligatory pot luck offering (brownies—they’re my go to) and headed over there.

That’s when I tasted possibly the best dip recipe I’d ever eaten.

Quick tip: To really take this dish to the next level fry up some bacon, chop it up and toss it in before baking the dip.
